The Customer ID is a unique identification number, which can be found on several documents (invoices for purchase agreements, packing slips from shipments, invoices from the webstore).

The formatting is “AU######”.

Note: If you do not have a Customer ID, please enter AU999999.

If you are a Sales Rep - your ID# is unique, and you can contact the Finance Team or customer care for it.
